Documents, contracts, membership - 13 Feb 2020

Yesterday was all about the documents and admin. Not something I enjoy doing much but something I enjoy no longer having as a timebomb at the bottom of my to-do pile.

Done:

• revised privacy policy and terms of use for Be Safe,

• new terms of use and privacy policy for Buttons,

• quickbooks setup to send out membership fee invoices to coop members - which results in so much amazing automation: names go on balance sheets, multiple entries in all the right places in our books, emails go out with clickable and online-payable invoices attached

• first draft of SPA terms is underway

• first draft of agreement to document Mario's work during 2018 also underway
