Lizzy in Baltimore is speaking to people about what they need to start using BeSafe, to start their own community. So these conversations are already twice removed from Brave - what is it that will work to kick this off, with minimal time, effort etc. A starter kit, white paper, video, screenshots, website... what's the mvp for community onboarding? What does Lizzy need to be able to communicate this (train-the-trainer style)? What do I need when chatting to folks at OPS, or VANDU? What does Tara need? What do people want to walk away with (physically)?
