Value Propositions... - 14 January 2020
Am going to be running a rapid business model canvas exercise soon, but wanted to draft up rough versions of the value proposition of each product as currently understood (by me). Using the Steve Blank formula: Buttons: For housing residents who are at risk of health or safety challenges in their own rooms, our Brave Buttons are tiny, wireless, smart buttons that can be pressed to summon a check-in from nearby staff or volunteers.
For housing managers whose clients are at risk of health or safety challenges in their won rooms, our Brave Button system connects staff with those residents so residents can send discrete requests for support with a simple button push.
ODetect: For people using public washrooms and at risk of overdose or other health emergency, ODetect is a sensor system that can alert appropriate responders to check the bathroom if the risk of harm is deemed to be elevated.
For organisations that manage a publicly accessible washroom space, ODetect is a sensor system that sends alerts to assigned responders within the organisations, dramatically reducing the risk of harm or death in that space.
BeSafe: For people using drugs who are at risk of overdose, Be Safe is a mobile phone application that connects them anonymously with a remote supporter so help can be sent to them if they become unresponsive.
For communities of people at risk of overdose or supporting people at risk of overdose, Be Safe is a mobile phone application that can be privately managed so that community members can support each other when someone is using drugs so help can be sent if they become unresponsive.
